"We're just about catching our breath after our night with The Lewis Hamilton Band and trying to formulate words that would covey what it was like ... As ever that's not really possible as words couldn't do it any justice. You really did have to be there. And those who were had a night they'll remember. Not just for the music, though that was outstanding, but also because it was a night that brought so much entertainment. Musicianship of the highest order brought to us by three guys who made it quite clear that they loved playing together and so that joy spilled out to engulf everyone in the room.

Their debut album Gambling Machine won the Scottish New Music Award for Scottish Jazz/Blues album of the year for 2012. 

Candlelight & Sympathy from 2nd album Empty Roads features on the soundtrack of the feature film Scar Tissue. Their third album Ghost Train has had numerous top reviews, acclaim from magazines and websites worldwide and airplay in over 20 countries. It also received airplay and a special mention from 'Whispering' Bob Harris on BBC R2.


this family powered trio was formed in 2010 and have since been booked for over 700 shows from Shetland to Slovenia, and have appeared at most of the UK's blues festivals, including Main Stage performances at Newark, Hebden Bridge and Maryport. Their reputation has quickly spread across Europe, with three successful tours of Poland and regular trips to Switzerland, Germany, France, Belgium and Holland. 

The Lewis Hamilton Band performs mostly original Blues/Rock/ Americana music, combining melodic and powerful vocals with a rock solid rhythm section and virtuoso heart-felt lead guitar.
